LungSign™: Patient Management

LungSign™ should be requested and interpreted under the care of a physician.

LungSign™ provides important information about a patient's risk of lung cancer. Likelihood multipliers assigned by LungSign™ update a patient's background risk. Thus, individual LungSign™ scores should be interpreted in the greater context of a patient's lung cancer risk factors (including medical history, age, exposure to carcinogens, previous lung cancer) and symptoms which specify the patient's pre-test likelihood of harboring the disease.

For more information on pre-test risk assessment, see recommended lung cancer risk assessment publications.
